This Privacy Policy explains how Duncan Capital Group LLC d/b/a DraftBase ("DraftBase") handles information when you visit the website, create an account, or use the platform.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, account details, billing information, support messages, and user-generated content such as uploaded blueprints, photos, prompts, project dimensions, and 3D room designs. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor rather than stored directly by DraftBase. We may also collect device, browser, usage, IP address, and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.
How We Use Your Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, provide the DraftBase service, store and display projects, generate AI renders and design responses, fulfill Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) engineering orders, process payments, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.
Third-Party Service Providers
We share information only as needed with secure third-party processors that help operate DraftBase. These include payment processing through Stripe, database and authentication hosting through Supabase, and AI infrastructure through Replicate, which processes prompts, images, and project context to provide requested AI features. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services and handle it under their own security and privacy obligations.
Project content and AI processing
Project data, prompts, images, and related content may be processed by technology providers to deliver requested design and AI features. Do not upload confidential, regulated, or third-party information unless you have authority to do so.
Data Security & Retention
User data is encrypted in transit and protected using administrative and technical safeguards. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, fulfill transactions, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. No online service can guarantee absolute security. You may request account and personal-data deletion at any time by contacting hello@draftbase.ai, subject to records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes.
Your choices and rights
You may update account information through DraftBase and may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
Cookies and similar technologies
DraftBase may use cookies and local storage to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure performance, and protect the service. Browser settings may limit some technologies, but disabling essential storage can prevent account features from working.
Children
DraftBase is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
